Elements of pressure products

High-quality refrigeration fittings are elements without which it is difficult to maintain a refrigeration installation in good condition, so it is worth paying attention to it, and if any of the components are damaged, replace it with a new one. .

  • Anaconda type vibration dampers, i.e. connectors used in refrigeration systems, mounted in places most exposed to damage caused by vibrations. These elements are resistant to this type of traffic, which significantly reduces the failure rate of the cables.   • Liquid tanks are elements of refrigeration fittings with larger dimensions (than those mentioned earlier). In the refrigeration system, they are installed as a reservoir of the refrigerant. They are used to store the refrigerant in the system and regulate its amount. The refrigerant demand may change when the ambient temperature changes.   • Oil separators, responsible for separating the refrigerant from the oil that got into it through the compressor.   • Oil tanks are components that work with oil separators. The oil that has been separated from the refrigerant collects in them, cools down there and then returns to the compressor.   • Liquid separators, which are responsible for preventing liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor, as it is not designed to work with liquids, only with gases. The liquid refrigerant must evaporate and only then can it be transported as vapor to the compressor.
  • Oil filters, mounted between the compressor and the oil tank, protect against the ingress of mechanical impurities into the compressor - from dust to particles resulting from the abrasion of elements.

Although the functions performed by individual elements of refrigeration fittings are very different, their main purpose is to ensure appropriate conditions for the flow of the refrigerant. They support the operation of the refrigeration system and protect it against adverse factors that may occur in it. In order for these components to serve us as long as possible, it must be remembered that each of the elements of the refrigeration fittings must be adapted to work with specific refrigerants. Always pay attention to the compatibility of the component with the refrigerant, e.g. CFC, HCFC, HFC.
